Nini Nguyen is a chef, instructor, recipe developer and All-Star contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef. A New Orleans native, Chef Nini’s cuisine reflects her Vietnamese heritage and the Creole flavors of her hometown.Chef Nini started her career as a pastry chef in New Orleans. She then honed her skills in New York City working at Michelin-starred restaurants like Eleven Madison Park. Though cooking is her first passion, Chef Nini fell in love with teaching and mentoring others in the kitchen. She was integral in launching Cook Space Brooklyn, where she helped home cooks sharpen their cooking skills with techniques from professional kitchens. Chef Nini is releasing her debut cookbook, Ðặc Biệt : An Extra Special Vietnamese Cookbook, August 2024.
