Jeffrey Kim
Jeffrey Kim is chef- owner of Nudibranch in New York City. A Korean- Spanish restaurant that started as a pop up during COVID- 19. Nudibranch was named one of Esquire’s top new restaurants in America in 2022 and has had critical acclaim. The food is globally inspired and the wines are juicy as ever.
Born on Long Island, Jeffrey began his restaurant career bussing tables at Momofuku Ssam bar. He has spent time in kitchens in New York City and in Girona, Spain at three Michelin star Celler de Can Roca.
Inspired by his travels and tastes of the world, his food is focused on global flavors seen through the lens of a “Korean- American kid from New York”
